Are you a talented and passionate chef with a heart for creating delicious, nutritious meals? We are working with a local care home to find an experienced Care Home Chef to join their dedicated team and make a positive impact on the lives of their residents.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare well-balanced, appetising meals for residents
- Ensure all meals meet dietary restrictions and preferences
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Collaborate with care staff to address individual dietary needs
- Monitor and manage kitchen inventory and supplies
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in cooking for care homes
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety protocols
- Food Hygiene certificates
- Creativity and ability to tailor meals to meet dietary needs
- Passion for providing high-quality, nutritious meals
- Ability to work collaboratively with care staff and other team members

Hours and Rate of Pay:
- Monday to Friday 08.00 - 16.00 - £12ph
