Care Connection are currently looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team. We are an established agency with many years of experience and pride ourselves on providing high quality care and support staff.

• 24 hours on call support.
• Free Enhanced DBS Check.
• Induction and competency refreshers.
• Weekly pay from £12.00-£18.00 shift dependent.
• Day shifts, night shifts and weekends.

You will be supporting adults who have learning disabilities, autism, non-verbal communication and behaviours that challenge.

The Role includes:

• Providing physical support which may include helping with household tasks and personal care.
• Providing companionship and making sure your client has a meaningful day.
• Performing duties in a professional manner.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Supporting and helping with health care needs, including routine checks or administrating medication.
• Following support plans to enable to give the best support.
• Understanding communication needs and adapting your communication to each individual, e.g. sounds, tones, body language.
