To be successful in the role you will need to have a caring attitude and be keen to make a difference, treating elderly and vulnerable people with respect.  

You will have excellent communication skills and able to work well as part of a team. 

You will be able to build and maintain good working relationships with all residents, family, visitors and colleagues.  

Our client is looking for a kind, patient and compassionate care worker to help provide the best quality of care by following personal care plans for each individual resident. The home offers a cosy, relaxed and happy atmosphere. With a regular program of activities and entertainment, residents can maintain their hobbies and interests. Home cooking, using fresh seasonal produce, ensures a balanced and nutritious diet. All rooms are made personal to each resident and have en suite facilities.

Day-to-Day tasks could include:
 

• Help getting in and out of bed. 
• Washing and bathing. 
• Dressing. 
• Preparing drinks. 
• Assisting with medication. 
• Toileting. 
• Assisting with mealtimes. 
• Domestic duties.
